Other useful Egyptological applications Here is a list of some other applications for Mac OS which might be useful for Egyptologists, each with a link to the developers site and a short overview of its capacities: Note-taking and bibliography applications ScribeProject by CHNM (tested version 2.5, not used intensively) (****) Short – ScribeProject 2.5 is a note-taking program which allows you to manage your research notes, thoughts, contacts, sources, etc. You can search and index your note and source cards. Bibliographical information can easily be exported to other applications. Availability – both Mac OS X and Mac OS 9. There is also a Windows-version available. Price – freeware.
